At PORTMANTOS customer satisfaction is our first priority. We will gladly accept the return or exchange of your unused or defective purchase within 30 days of delivery. We are proud to offer a stress-free return and exchange policy. All returns will be refunded and issued through the original form of payment. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

For defective products or if the customer has received the wrong item, PORTMANTOS will reimburse the cost of shipping the new or correct merchandise.

All returned items must include a copy of the invoice and be in the same condition upon receipt. Leather tags, dust bags and authenticity cards accompanying the delivered purchase should also be included. Merchandise that has been used is not eligible for return. If an item has become damaged, soiled or altered after delivery, it will be returned to the customer at their expense. This includes items that have been monogrammed or personalized.


We are happy to make exchanges on customer purchases, applying the credit from the returned item to the purchase of a new product. If the new item exceeds the price of the returned merchandise, we will charge the difference to the credit card from the original purchase. Orders made that are less than the original purchase price will receive a refund of the difference when returned within 30 days of delivery.

As part of our stress-free exchange policy, we will ship the new order to you using ground delivery free-of-charge.

In order to receive a refund, all returns must be received within 30 calendar days of invoicing. Returns made between 31-60 calendar days of delivery will receive a store credit for a subsequent purchase.

All returns must be in unused condition and contain the original packaging and tags attached.

  • Return/Exchange Forms  must include the billing name and invoice number of the original purchase.
  • PORTMANTOS will notify our customers of their refund or exchange by email after receipt and processing of the returned item.
  • Package tracking and insurance for your returned merchandise is recommended.
  • To expedite the process, we recommend that all returned items be sent in a single shipment.
  • Exchanged gifts are eligible for a full store credit on your PORTMANTOS account or can be refunded to the original form of payment, minus the initial shipping fee. To arrange a gift return, please call our customer service department.
