FAVORITE MUSIC:  My Spotify playlist "Afrikah" -- it ranges from African influenced music like the Talking Heads Remain in Light album to classic West African folk and jazz to the extreme Ethiopian Jazz.                 

FAVORITE TRAVEL OUTFIT: My flights are generally +9 hours, so I dress for comfort. Favorite travel outfit: Lululemon jogger pants, top, light jacket and flip flops. Flip flops are essential on the plane. 

FAVORITE BEAUTY ESSENTIAL: I have two essentials: Sephora Coconut Water Cleansing Wipes and Kiehl's Skin Tone Correcting Sunscreen.

FAVORITE SNACK ON-THE-GO: Sometimes I would kill for a banana. The places I go have such great bananas!

FAVORITE TRAVEL ENTERTAINMENT: Foreign language and wide-release movies on the plane. I always get to catch up on long flights.

FAVORITE DESTINATION: This is hard. My favorites list is endless -- I LOVE: India (Kerela, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Kolkata, Kashmir), Ethiopia (Addis Ababa, Lalibela), Kenya (Nairobi, Mombasa, Masai Mara), South Africa (Johannesburg especially), Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Hawaii, Lima, Santa Catarina ....
