Customer support is lacking

Ordered a large suitcase for a last minute trip over the weekend. Didn't get any feedback regarding the order on Monday and really needed to make sure it got here by Tuesday. Sent an email around 1pm est to make sure the order was in and shipping was correct to get to my remote location overnight. Only response I got was something along the lines of "you will receive a tracking number at the end of the day today" aka once everyone in the office is gone and nothing can be done to change your shipment. I sent yet another email highlighting heavily now the information I needed, which is just to confirm the shipping time. Got an email the next day promptly at 9am est with my tracking number that I already received. Maybe just a little reading comprehension could have helped, just needed a "yes, your package is shipping out tonight and should arrive Tuesday as long as ups is on schedule. For the insane prices you're charging, I would hope you are hiring people who can at least read an email and respond to the message it contains.
