Orders and Prices

PORTMANTOS accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

PORTMANTOS accepts orders through this website from addresses within the United States. Some items are available for international purchase. Please view items to verify if they are available for international purchase. Items for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees.

Sales tax is only charged for orders shipping to an address within New Jersey.

The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to the shipment of your order, PORTMANTOS will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order. All goods are subject to availability. All prices and items are subject to change. 

Once your order is placed a confirmation email with your purchase order will be emailed to you.  Should you not receive your confirmation within 24 hours please send an email to concierge@portmantos.com.

PORTMANTOS is under no obligation to accept any order. Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.  

Vendor exclusions apply during all promotions on PORTMANTOS. Rimowa, Briggs & Riley, Zero Halliburton and Mountain Buggy are excluded from Flash Sales. Promotions are not valid on previous orders and cannot be combined with other offers. PORTMANTOS reserves the right to change the start and end date of all promotions.  

Shipping and Delivery

Make sure to provide accurate city, state and zip code information to prevent any errors or delays in shipping.  All delivery times quoted on PORTMANTOS website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times.  Items ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email, unless otherwise arranged with PORTMANTOS at the time of your order. Items delivered do not require a signature for delivery. PORTMANTOS ships items using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, Puerto Rico, and international orders may take up to 21 days or more for delivery.
