Amazon Marketplace Data (SP-API)

In addition to the information collected through our website, we may receive and process information from Amazon (including through the Amazon Selling Partner API, “SP-API”) to support the sale and fulfillment of orders placed on Amazon marketplaces (“Amazon Information”).

What Amazon Information we collect

Depending on the transaction, Amazon Information may include order details (such as order ID, items purchased, quantity, price), shipping and delivery information, buyer contact information needed to fulfill an order (such as name, shipping address, phone number, and email address), and customer service/returns information.

How we use Amazon Information

We use Amazon Information only as needed to:

• process and fulfill Amazon orders (pick/pack/ship and delivery confirmations)

• provide customer service and handle returns/refunds

• prevent fraud and address order issues

• maintain business records for accounting, reporting, and compliance

We do not use Amazon Information for unrelated purposes.

How we store and protect Amazon Information

Amazon Information is stored in our internal business systems on servers in a private network and is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to authorized personnel with a business need. We use standard security controls such as firewalls, access controls, and endpoint security (including Windows security tools) to help protect data.

How we share Amazon Information

We only share Amazon Information with service providers who help us operate our business and fulfill orders (for example, shipping carriers, order management/warehouse tools, and customer service systems), and only to the extent necessary to perform those services. We do not sell Amazon Information.

Retention and disposal

We retain Amazon Information only for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet legal/accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it from our systems and restrict access accordingly.
