Portmantos processes orders as quickly as possible. Orders may take 1-3 business days to process.

Please note: If you order multiple items within one order, please keep in mind that some items may be nested and shipped in a single box. 

 

Shipping to AK, HI, PR, and PO boxes

Portmantos offers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and PO boxes. There will be additional charges to these destinations and most packages will be shipped via USPS.

International Orders

We are happy to offer international shipping. Rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note certain brands are excluded from our international shipping option.

Estimating Shipping Time

Portmantos ships via UPS Ground and USPS, delivery times will vary based on your relative proximity to our East Coast main warehouse. Most in-stock items will leave our warehouse within one (1) to two (2) business days (Monday-Friday). Certain items will ship from other warehouses in different parts of the country and delivery time will vary.

If we do not have your products in stock at the time you place your order, we will have the manufacturer ship the products directly from their warehouse to your doorstep.
